RETURN AND EXCHANGE FOR PRODUCTS
You can request a refund or exchange within 14 days after you (or a person you designate) receive your package.
Exchange and refund requests after the legally recognized 14-day period will not be approved.
Exchange and refund is accepted if the original packaging or manufacturer is not open or the product is faulty. (In case faulty products warranty terms and conditions will apply.)
In case the product is physically damaged during shipment you should not accept it from the courier and you should send it back.
Return and exchange conditions are:
- Ensure that the product is in its original packaging and that the tag and protective band are intact. Products with removed tags or protective bands will be considered used and returns will not be accepted.
-Make sure the product is returned in its original packaging.
- Products may have some accessories, Please make sure the accessories are complete.
- Make sure you get a cargo tracking number from the cargo company.
Time to receive the refund in your account
If the products you return comply with the return conditions, the refund process will be completed by us within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned item and forwarded to your bank. While the refunded amount is reflected on credit cards within 1-5 business days on average, this process may take longer depending on your bank. You can follow the refund process by contacting your bank.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY TRANSACTIONS
Artibirhorizon.net.tr currently accepts all payment methods accepted for use in the Iyzico infrastructure.
CREDIT CARD
When customers place orders online, their credit information is transmitted to a protected online banking system provided by Iyzico.
CREDIT CARD FEE
Once your order is placed, the required amount will be taken from your card according to the amount and currency of your order. If your order is unfortunately canceled, artibirhorizon.net.tr will refund the total amount immediately to your account. PLEASE NOTE that your bank may need additional time to process the money back into your account.
Possible transfer costs and bank charges will be borne by us. Your order will be sent after your payment reaches our account.
Refunds from returns will be refunded to the bank account from which the original order was paid.
*In accordance with the new EU Directive UE 2016/679 on Data Protection (GDPR), data may be transferred to non-EU countries or countries not included in the European Economic Area. However, they do not ensure adequate protection of personal data. In all cases, data processing will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of existing rules and regulations.
PRICES AND CURRENCIES
Payments for shipments, as well as all refunds, are invoiced in the chosen currency on the website on purchase time. Credit cards will be charged in selected currency, also any refund will be paid in the same currency used for payment,therefore, the payments and refunds will not be affected by exchange rates.
In case a customer asks for a refund in another currency the rate will be calculated as bank rate on the day of payment.
SHIPPING METHOD
Artibirhorizon.net.tr delivers packages to Turkey with Yurtiçi Kargo and to other countries around the world with DHL Express. All orders are processed within 3 business days and then shipped. Artibirhorizon.net.tr cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or other circumstances beyond Artibirhorizon.net.tr control. Your invoice will be sent to you by e-mail after it is shipped.
Discounted items reflect discounted prices. The value of the goods will be publicly available with taxes on all orders. Once orders have been shipped, cancellation or change of shipping address will no longer be possible. Please make sure you enter the correct address when ordering.
After you receive your package, you can request a refund or exchange within 14 days from when you (or a person you designate) received the goods.
ORDERS
Arti Bir Horizon Dis Tic Limited created and published the website Artibirhorizon.net.tr with the mission of providing an exclusive service for its customers. The products offered for sale on the Artibirhorizon.net.tr website are for the "End Customer". It targets persons and persons who do not carry out their own entrepreneurial or professional activities, which include but are not limited to the resale of products purchased from Artibirhorizon.net.tr by the end customer. Therefore, Artibirhorizon.net.tr requests that users who are not considered "End Customers" refrain from attempting to order online at Artibirhorizon.net.tr and instead contact our sales department to act as resellers.
Regarding the commercial policy described above, Artibirhorizon.net.tr reserves the right not to process orders from persons who are not End Customers and other orders that do not comply with such commercial policies. Artibirhorizon.net.tr reserves the right to refuse to process an order and/or provide service to anyone at any time. Artibirhorizon.net.tr reserves the right to reject the order if the order does not receive clear verification and confirmation from the customer's bank. Once your order is placed you will receive an email informing you of the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, only an acknowledgment that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Artibirhorizon.net.tr will be completed when we send you an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched. Neither our third party payment processor nor our designated courier is authorized to accept an order on behalf of Artibirhorizon.net.tr. For example; We reserve the right to not accept your order if we cannot obtain authorization for payment, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular product, if the product ordered is out of stock or does not meet our quality control standards.
We may also decline to accept a transaction or refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion. Whether or not that product has been sold, we may withdraw any product from Artibirhorizon.net.tr, remove, display or edit any material or content on Artibirhorizon.net.tr, refuse to process a transaction, or resolve or suspend any transaction after the transaction has begun. We will not be liable to you or any third party for receipt.
Although every effort is made to ensure that the details on our website are correct we may occasionally find an error in the pricing of products. If we detect an error in the pricing of an item in your order we will notify you as soon as possible. We will have no obligation to accept or fulfill an order for a product advertised at an incorrect price and will reserve the right to cancel any such order in transit to acceptance. If for any reason you order a product that is incorrectly priced, we will email, text or telephone you to inform you that we do not accept your order and/or that part of your order has been canceled. If you have already paid for the goods, we will refund the full amount.
SUITABLE PRODUCTS
Orders for existing products will be processed within 3 business days after the order is placed, upon confirmation of their availability and control of the bank transaction. If the selected payment method is bank transfer, the order will be shipped only after the payment is confirmed and transferred to our bank account.
PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS
A pre-order is a reservation for a product that is not yet available but will be available soon. Pre-order products are shipped as soon as they reach the warehouse within the time specified on the purchase page. If the pre-ordered product fails to deliver, Artibirhorizon.net.tr will immediately notify customers and refund their payments. Artibirhorizon.net.tr cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond Artibirhorizon.net.tr control that cause pre-ordered products to arrive at the warehouse later than the time specified on the products' purchase page.
Regarding existing products and pre-orderable products, shipment will be carried out in 2 different stages;
Available products will be shipped via standard shipping methods.
Pre-orderable items will ship as soon as the items are available in stock.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for each specific geographic area are calculated at checkout and are listed below. If the customer refuses the delivery of the box for any reason, the shipping costs and import fees for automatically returning the box to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.
Shipping from Artibirhorizon.net.tr to all countries except Turkey will be made "buyer pays". This means you may be subject to custom fees, import fees and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by Artibirhorizon.net.tr. When shipping outside Turkey, the prices shown on Artibirhorizon.net.tr do not include import duties, customs fees and taxes.

After a parcel is sent from Turkey to foreign countries, delivery time may vary between 1 and 4 weeks.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
When the order is tendered to cargo, customers living in Turkey will receive an e-mail from Yurtiçi Kargo, and customers living outside Turkey will receive an e-mail from DHL containing the tracking number for the order.

SHIPMENT INSURANCE
We encourage our customers not to accept shipments that appear to be damaged, broken or destroyed. For support in such cases contact our customer service team at support@Artibirhorizon.net.tr. The goods are your responsibility from the moment we deliver them to the address you gave us. Any claims regarding damages, missing items and/or delivery to the wrong address must be received by Artibirhorizon.net.tr within 10 days from the delivery date of the order, otherwise the claim will not be accepted. If, due to the customer's lack of cooperation (wrong phone number, wrong address, recipient not being present at the address, non-compliance with import regulations), Artibirhorizon.net.tr is not successfully delivered to the customer's address in accordance with the commercial contract, the costs, including import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Turkey, will be transferred to Turkey at the customer's expense. These fees will be deducted from any potential refund.
DELIVERY
Upon delivery, customers are kindly requested to inspect the package carefully before signing and confirming the delivery is complete. If the parcel is damaged, wet or the adhesive tape does not appear intact, the customer is requested to sign the parcel delivery with the note "Received without control" or reject the parcel delivery.
If the package remains untouched, customers should open a claim with their local DHL or Yurtiçi Cargo office and support@Artibirhorizon.net.tr You are invited to contact Artibirhorizon.net.tr immediately via email address. We recommend that you take photos before opening the box and share them with us immediately so that we can submit a request to the cargo company. If the package is not intact and the customer signs for the delivery without a "Received without check" note, the delivery will be automatically deemed accepted and Artibirhorizon.net.tr will therefore not be able to accept any related claims.
FAILED DELIVERY
By placing an order, customers establish a commercial relationship with Artibirhorizon.net.tr and undertake to accept the delivery of the package related to the order placed. If it cannot be delivered to the provided shipping address, due to reasons that may arise due to the customer's non-cooperation (incorrect or incorrect telephone number, incorrect or incorrect delivery address, absence of recipient) or if the customer refuses to receive the package, the parcel will be returned to the Artibirhorizon.net.tr office located in Bursa, Turkey. Expense includes shipping costs and any customs and duty fees; The amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.

Orders placed from Friday to Sunday or a holiday will be processed within 3 business days after the holiday and shipped thereafter. Artibirhorizon.net.tr cannot be held responsible for transit delays or delays caused by holidays, meteorological conditions, customs inspections and other circumstances beyond Artibirhorizon.net.tr's control.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription for online services will be delivered by an email which contains the access information.

Subscriptions can be terminated within 14 days after start and when we send your access information the subscription period starts no matter if you use it or not.
Cancellation requests after the legally recognized 14-day period still can be processed but the past time will be calculated and will be deducted from the refund value.
